LINX's "Vision Palletizing" solution flexibly adapts to cargo diversity and position uncertainty during unloading, achieving automated warehouse palletizing. Technical highlights:
● Conveyor System: Front telescoping roller conveyor moves to any dock position during operation and retracts when closed; Middle section aligns cargo for edge transport and pickup positioning;
● Vision System: LINX-SMART-L area-scan camera captures and identifies cargo at pickup points, scans dimensions, then intelligently outputs grasping strategies and pallet patterns, with anomaly handling triggers;
● Custom Suction: Tailored suction cup designs based on SKU dimensions/weight ensure system efficiency and safe handling.
